This Is My Story
Hi, my name is Gabriel Polak.
After more than a decade of playing, producing, and managing some of the leading bands and productions in Israel — in both the corporate and private sectors — I decided to build something of my own. Groove was born out of one simple desire: to give clients an uncompromising musical experience.
In my twenties, I worked with top Israeli artists as a guitarist — in television performances, recording sessions, and filmed shows. Tzvika Pick, Riki Gal, David D’Or, Maya Buskila, Yoram Gaon, and many others. It was only natural that from there I headed to the US, on a musical journey from which I learned a great deal about music, and about myself.
I returned to Israel in 2009 and went back to being a “hired gun,” while also immersing myself in the events world in increasingly larger roles. For over a decade, I served as the musical director and/or guitarist for some of the most active bands in Israel, both locally and abroad. I had the privilege of working with high-level producers and clients, at weddings and corporate events with large budgets, as well as smaller, more intimate occasions.
In 2017, I decided to open my own establishment for art, for music, for entertainment. With international-level production quality and client experience, and a desire to spread the groove to as many people as possible!!
Since then, we’ve had the privilege of serving amazing clients and companies at various events in Israel and around the world. In normal times and in the turbulent times that only we have come to know.
